Who would have thought that food that used to just feed the belly, now feeds the heart and soul. From a very young age, I begin to notice simple textures and sensations with food. Some were simple and smelled good whilst other plates of food just tasted good. And so began my interest in food. How do I connect with my family? How do I communicate with my husband and two teenage boys? Coming from a large family it was obvious, we all gathered around a dinner table, a picnic basket or cup of coffee to connect,
